When processing a participant, why do I receive a message: 'No scenarios found for the selected activity and participant'?

If you see the message 'No scenarios found for the selected activity and participant.' check the following:

  1. Make sure that participant profession has been selected by one or more of your scenarios under the Accreditation node in the activity.
  2. Verify that one or more assessments have been selected to display for that scenario under the Assessments node.
  3. If you are still getting the message, try refreshing the activity business rules by changing the stage of the activity, saving and then changing the stage back to what it was at and saving again.
